Wellness Exams
Annual wellness exams including a physical examination and lab work are a critical part of maintaining health and preventing problems before they occur. Plus, most commercial insurance policies cover wellness exams annually at no cost to you. Take advantage of your insurance benefits and take charge of your health.
Urgent Care
We offer same day walk-in appointments for urgent care needs during normal business hours.
Weight Loss Management
Losing weight on your own can be difficult. Let us help, with a personalized weight loss plan and regular monitoring to reach your weight loss goals.
Coumadin Clinic
We bring years of experience in Coumadin management from counseling on foods and medications to avoid and developing individual plans to keep you in therapeutic range. We do PT/INR tests in-office or can initiate INR monitoring in the comfort of your own home, avoiding the need to travel to the office or hospital.
Aesthetic Services
We currently offer sclerotherapy, a fast and effective treatment option to significantly reduce the appearance of spider veins. There is very little downtime following treatment, resulting in you getting back to your daily activities shortly after treatment.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER OUR CLINIC AND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MASK, WE WILL PROVIDE ONE FOR YOU.
COVID-19 Pre-cautions
Each person entering our clinic is required to wear a mask and will be screened at the door for fever and symptoms. Inform us if you or anyone at home is not feeling well or was exposed to someone with COVID-19. Limit the number of people and items in our clinic. Siblings and additional adults are asked to stay home. Practice social distancing. Our office staff wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all visits and rooms are cleaned after each patient to ensure your protection and ours.
COVID-19 Testing
First Choice Health Care currently has testing available for COVID-19. Please call our office to schedule an appointment. For the safety of our staff and patients, stay in your vehicle and call our office when you arrive. A member of our staff will be out shortly to obtain your information and administer the test.
Seperate Well & Sick Waiting Rooms
Our clinic is split with a sick and well side to reduce infectious exposures and keep patients separate as much as possible. We ask that you limit the number of people accompanying you to your appointment. You may also choose to stay in your vehicle until your appointment time. Call us when you arrive and we will come to you. Telehealth visits are also available and can be a safer more convenient option. Request a telehealth visit when scheduling your next appointment.
COVID-19 Vaccinations
First Choice Health Care does not currently have COVID-19 vaccines. Please visit the VA Dept. of Health at www.vaccinate.virginia.gov or call 1-877-829-4682 to learn more on how to get your vaccine. As more vaccines become available in the future, we are hopeful we can administer these in our clinic. Check back for more updates!
